Expired
I have been away for a few days. So rather surprised to find that my computer has died while I have been away. The computer seems to boot up OK but then none of the USB ports are working. Which rather puts a kybosh on the thing. Keyboard and mouse out of action. So everything inaccessible. Any suggestions?

Open it up and see if any of the connections are loose.
While I will often play around with the computer and fix minor problems, the fact that all the USB ports have gone, both front and back, suggests it is more than a loose connection. I have taken the computer to the doctor.
